Me: is it the latest cool? i saw so many girls wearing those in nyc. and they travel in packs. like they got a discount package

Her: they look like tennis skirts?
Me: yeah but they have sections... horizontal sections so that they look like if you twirl they would create a cool effect. not that these girls knew how
Her: hrm.. i don't know of these skirts only the ones I showed you
Me: maybe you need to walk around your downtown and look for young girls
Me: someone mentioned that paris hilton started all this
